The 1095C is not printing for a handful of employees. Why would an employee not print a 1095C

When I print the 1095C it does not print for certain employees. When I am in the edit W-2 window and go to edit 1095 I see the employee and I can see the dependents on the dependent window. But when I print they do not printout.

It should only print forms for "eligible" employees. Meaning, line 14 is NOT a "1H" for every month of the year. Also, did you mark the "Employer provided self-insurance coverage" checkbox on the Print W-2 Forms window?
