I am looking forward to implement a tracking of mobile phone calls into CRM.
The company I work for uses mobile phones to call clients and stay in touch with them mostly.
All the calls are saved into a 3rd party app which is tracking them and distribute the call to the available salesperson.
Do you know any possible way to create a flow which creates automatically the phone call activity into timeline when a salesperson talks to the client?
