Configuring TSYS/VITAL setting for merchant account in Dynamics

I received the Vital/TSYS VAR (setup) sheet and am in the process of configuing Dynamics. I noticed that in the setup, clicking on the advanced tab opens up a PREFERRED ACQUIRER ADVANCED OPTIONS window. That box has batch size, credit gateway URL, debit gateway URL, and gateway port settings. This information was not provided on my setup sheet and my merchant service provider says they don't provide it. Are these fields optional? Any idea on what I am supposed to enter in them?

If you have sp3 or later you will see a tsysaquiring address. That is the latest address. Unless instructed you should not have to changes the options in the advance boxes.

Also remember to change the V in the Vnumber to a 7 before you enter it or you authorizations will fail.

It's our POS software. It was RMS, now Dynamics. Do you need to know more?
