Reminder automation error

Hi everyone,

We recently started working with reminder automation, but everytime that job runs I get following message, see below. Does anyone now what it means and what I can do about it?

Hello,

The report used in the Reminder Automation job does not support HTML output, which is needed for sending reminders via email. To fix this, open the report layout used for reminders and ensure it's in RDLC or Word format, not a Custom Layout that doesn't support HTML. You can do this by going to Report Layout Selection and updating the layout or report used in the automation setup.

Hi,

Only Word layout support in email body

Please go to report selection sales and select word layout for email body layout. this will solve your problem

Hello,

The format set as HTML is not supported, to correct it you must select another format (RDLC or Word).

The error "The Html output format is not supported by the current report layout format" means your Reminder Automation report uses an HTML layout, but the email system requires a different format, usually Word or PDF.

To fix: Change the report's layout assigned to the Reminder Automation job to a Word (.docx) or RDL/PDF format. HTML output is not suitable for email bodies in this context.
