Disable dialog before report run

Hi guys,

I was having report in ax2009, there in form1 i have to select any line/record and i click on button 'generatebutton' to create report of respective record. and report gets displayed on screen.

Now after upgradation i have same report in ax2012. when i m trying to click on 'generate button' inax12 m getting dialog box to select parameter. Code and every thing is same as in ax09 . I need to remove this dialog box. 

Ny suggestions will be appreciated.

    Hi Mayur,

    you have to set the Interactive property of Query and Report to No

    I have faced some other issues in upgraded morphx reports. You can try this.

    1. Take an xpo of the upgraded report.

    2. create a report manually in AX2012 first with the same name.

    3. import only the necessary design from the AX2009 xpo or the XPO taken from the upgraded report.

    4. Try running it.

    Morphx reports when upgraded into 2012 differs in its certain properties from 2012 morphx reports

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have one doubt that you are telling to create new report in ax2012 with same name.

    Suppose i do it for one report but if in case i m having more number of reports then i think it will be not fiseable..... plz suggest/correct me if i m wrong in it.

    Dear Mayur,

    Yes, I mean create a new report in AX 2012 manually with the same name as in AX 2009. remember to export the current upgraded report in 2012 and remove it after backup.

    unfortunately, this is the only solution I got when I went through AX 4.0 >> AX2012R3 upgrade. I had to work on 34 / 120 reports. other reports were working without any issue.

    Please share if you have any other ideas.
