    Hi Sumaira,

If you are using Sales Hub, then you could run quick campaigns of Leads.

If you are unable to run quick campaigns for leads, please check if you can add leads to marketing list.

In the marketing list for leads, quick campaigns can be run..

If this way does not work for you, then you could create an email and add Leads into the To field.

In addition, administrators or managers can create some common on-demand workflows of sending emails to let users run directly on Leads.

    Hi Sumaira,

Of course, creating an email directly and then selecting all recipients in the To: field is also a solution.

In general, I would recommend using Quick Campaign.

    Hi Sumaira,

If you would like to insert related dynamic fields in the email, then I would recommend you to use the on-demand workflow.

Related dynamic fields can be used to display the fields values of contacts and their related records.

First please refer to these to understand how to create workflow.
