Timer is not being displayed on custom entity form.

Hello All Experts,

I have created the Timer and set SLA for custom entity ,

when i am creating the entity record the sla timer is not being displayed.

can anyone help me in resolving this.

I have taken reference from below link.

    Exactly, which setting?

    If you consume I suggest you also produce.

    got the answer for it, it was system settings issue.

    one more point, if you could include system settings point in your blog it will be great.

    Hello Mark,

    When i have added the simply timer control then i am able to see the reverse timing but using SLA it's not working.

    From my understanding we need to fill the Failure time field with the calculated field then only timer control shows the reverse timing.

    second point is whenever we create SLA KPI instance quick view form the custom entity must contain the same fields as in data source, am i correct in this?

    I have also put sample timer control on opportunity form it's changing the status as expired but the quick view form is not displaying anything.

    is this because there are multiple SLA's defined , if so how to get number of sla's defined.

    even i have tried with opportunity entity as well but still timer is not being displayed on the form.

    what could be the wrong thing in this.

    I have find one difference in my business hours settings i have selected the time zone as different and the created on date for the record is in different time zone.

    if this is causing the issue then how to choose correct time zone.

    What is going to be wrong i am still not able to get it.

    as you have given the above link i have tried with that , except for in my case i have a custom entity.

    still timer is not getting displayed.
