Hello,
I recently migrated two users from on prem exchange to exchange online. Once this happened, they lost all app access in Dynamics 365. They receive the message: "We can't find any apps for your role. To check for recently-added apps, select Refresh." I checked security roles and they haven't changed. Has anyone seen this happen before?
Did they have the old CRM Plug-in for Outlook as if they did this could cause issues.
Thanks for the response. But the issue was the licenses became unassigned when I made the migration. This is fixed now.
