CI-J Email editor broken after update to version 1.1.57638.100?

In all environments in my tenants the Personalization button in the Email editor's commandbar has become completely unresponsive. Seems all the other buttons on the commandbar (e.g., the Bold button) are unresponsive too.
 
Any advice welcome?

    Troubleshooting Steps:
    1. Clear Cache and Browser Data
    Clear your browser’s cache, cookies, and site data.
    Restart the browser and try again.
    Test in incognito/private mode.
    2. Try a Different Browser
    Try opening the email editor in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
    Ensure the browser is updated to the latest version.

    We are experiencing the same issue here, we have cleared our cache, opened CIJ in a new browser but its doens't seem to work. 

    We are also on 1.1.57638.100

    I tried changing browsers, clearing cookies, using private mode... nothing worked.
    Super frustrating!

    I am having the same issue.  started this morning.
    tried everything suggested.  when i inspect i get these errors

    There was a bug yesterday impacting emails and forms whereby the editor wasn't loading properly due to a caching issue. I couldn't event access the command bar yesterday, so that fact you could but it was responsive suggests this issue may have been linked. 
    A hotfix was released about 5-6 hours ago so you should hopefully be good now.
