looking to add the Available to promise screen to a SmartList go to.

I am creating a SmartList that I want the user to open the available to promise inquiry screen. I want to send the item number and the location (site) to the screen to have this screen open when the record is double clicked. I cant find the available to promise form in the list. Any ideas where it is hidden
