error to display notes and articles section. Page cannot be displayed

Hi 

My company are using CRM 2011. Lately users who uses IE11 couldnt open notes section. it shows "Page cannot be displayed.

res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm#xxxxxxxx/.../notesdata.aspx;EnableInsert=true&id=%7b3263289B-F91C-E711-89E7-02BF0A44849A%7d&ParentEntity=112

I have tried any solutions online but its not working. Appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

    Hi Husna,

    I think this error is due to server connection errors.
