Removing Manufacturing Order Allocations

I have a situation as follows:

The Item Quantities Maintenance window is showing Allocated = 0. But when I open "Item Allocation Inquiry" window, it shows Qty Allocated to Manufacturing Order for that Item. The MO status is "Complete". I tried running Inventory Reconcile, but it does not resolve this issue.

How can I remove that allocation in MO?
Usually I can use "Reverse Allocate" in the Component Transaction Entry, but in this case, it does not show any items to select when I try to enter "Reverse Allocate".

Also, if the Quantities are Allocated in MO, then why it is showing 0 allocated in Item Quantities Maintenance?

    Hi Chehuz,

Thanks for your inputs. I've tried and I could see data in PENDING_ISSUE_QTY_I and the QTY_ISSUED_I.

For the remaining, no data is retrieved. Could you please advice how we could reverse them. Many thanks in advance.

I would dig around in MOP1400 to see if there is something stuck. Replace "MO0XXX" with MO Number. Hope it is helpful.

    select PENDING_ISSUE_QTY_I, MANUFACTUREORDER_I from MOP1400 where PENDING_ISSUE_QTY_I > 0 and MANUFACTUREORDER_I = 'MO0XXX'

    select PENDING_REV_ISS_QTY_I, MANUFACTUREORDER_I from MOP1400 where PENDING_REV_ISS_QTY_I > 0 and MANUFACTUREORDER_I = 'MO0XXX'

    select PENDING_SCRAP_QTY_I, MANUFACTUREORDER_I from MOP1400 where PENDING_SCRAP_QTY_I > 0 and MANUFACTUREORDER_I = 'MO0XXX'

    select PENDING_REV_SCRAP_QTY_I, MANUFACTUREORDER_I from MOP1400 where PENDING_REV_SCRAP_QTY_I > 0 and MANUFACTUREORDER_I = 'MO0XXX'

    select QTY_ISSUED_I, MANUFACTUREORDER_I from MOP1400 where QTY_ISSUED_I > 0 and MANUFACTUREORDER_I = 'MO0XXX'

Still not resolved yet. They are left as it is and does not seem to affect Available Quantities. If you have any new findings, let us know
