Updation Error in Dynamics AX/Connectors

I have one issue in AX/CRM connectors. I have customized table where data is coming from CRM to AX.
Creation is working fine and while doing any updation error is occurring :

Method 'Axd_Entity_TableName.RecId' not found.

and for another service different error :

object reference not set to an instance of an object.
