Add background images to voice of the customer.

Hi,

I am designing a Voice of the Customer survey  can some one advice regarding the following.

How can I add a background image to surveys welcome page?

I can see there is an entity Images in surveys navigation, how can I use this in my survey?

    Currently it doesnt support background image . It supports to have logo and to change the header and footer colour..
