Show different data to different users on different conditions based on security role in Dynamic CRM 2016 ( v8.0)

I have to show the data in list page based on certain conditions. This list page will be with different conditions to different security roles.

1) For example:- Created a Product(custom field) under Sales --> Opportunities, here need to implement filters to filter Product based on Product and User security role.

Scenario: We have created a custom field named ‘Product’ in Opportunities. It has ‘Product A’, ’Product B’. We need to only ‘Product A’ based Opportunities to User A. Other products should not be available to ‘User A’ based on Security role.

2) For example:- Created a Product(custom field) under Sales --> Opportunities, here need to implement filters to filter Company based on business unit and Security role.

Scenario: We have a business unit named ‘Coimbatore’. Users enter opportunities for ‘Company A’ and ‘Company B’ under Business Unit ‘Coimbatore’. We need to display only ‘Company A‘ records to ‘User A’ and ‘Company B’ records to ‘User B’ records under business unit ‘Coimbatore’

Please suggest/guide me to implement the same in the Microsoft dynamic CRM - 2016(V8.0)

    1) Generally one limits opportunityproducts by having different price lists assigned to the opportunity.

    2) Limit account privileges to owner level and assign A to A and B to B.

    Dear TallyHoDukey,

Thanks for your suggestion as shared below.

    1) Generally one limits opportunityproducts by having different price lists assigned to the opportunity.

    2) Limit account privileges to owner level and assign A to A and B to B.

If we need to show A product to user B who is not owner and in different business unit, then how to set user security role?

Products don't have owners.  That's why the way to filter them is how you add them to price lists:

    Ownership* Organization

ps- as you know, all security setting flows through record ownership
