Data Migration from NAV 2017 to 365 Business Edition

Hello all! I have a question about the migration from NAV to 365 Business Central...

If Dynamics 365 Business Central is based on Dynamics NAV, is the structure of tables in 365 the same than in NAV 2017/2018? Is there any way to carry out a data migration (like a typical database upgrade between NAV versions) from NAV to 365 business central? I haven't seen any information about it, because of this I can imagine that there isn't any possibilities to carry it out. :(

The actual way for porting data from NAV 201X to D365BC is using Rapidstart Services or custom web services. There's no possibility to load the data into the database directly.
