Change MS365 / D365 User default email address PLEASE HELP.

I have a years old comcast email address my clients all have in their address contacts. I need to use this email (which is NOT a username or login on Personal MS account and is my MS365 alternate email address which I am willing to change). Set up my Microsoft 365 account for business so I could add D365 Sales Premium CRM. I am one company, one user account listed under company default account. User has global admin rights. D365 Sales CRM up and running... I DO NOT wish to use my new default user address email@company.onmicrosoft.com 6 hours.. I can't seem to be able to add my comcast dot net email as an alias or default user email, anywhere. It only allows me to add another alias if it has the default company.onmicrosoft.com domain. I NEED my comcast.net email address as my default user address for incoming and outgoing purposes in CRM, and I assume work outlook account for CRM tracking purposes. I have this comcast smtp email address imapping just fine on 2 other devices. Shouldn't this be simple tacking that email address on to my MS365 user account as my default email address? please.. help. Im getting tired. MS wants to push all this powerful software and you need 3 wizards to change a default primary address? All this /power/ does me no good if I can't utilize it with emails coming in from 15 years of contacts- or am I expected to run everyone down and say - Hey, I changed my email address... here is my 56 character email address. sheessh

Hi Partner,

In Dynamics, email and other information are stored in 'User' table.

You need edit user profile in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

I have been there. I have tried that. admin/active users. click on the name. / manage username and email (or aliases)... Will let me change user or email prefix to anything... AS LONG AS it is anything@MYCOMPANY.onmicrosoft.com domain.

I can not add myemailname at comcast.net because of the different domain. Same with my gmail email.
