econnect exception:"an it item with same key has been already added"

Dear Sir,

we are working in GP 2010 project accounting.when i am processing xml to econnect through dot net i am getting econnect exception:"an item with same key has been already added".

how to resolve it?any one plaese help me to resolve it.

    I get the same message when submitting an eConnect payables transaction, if the dollar amount of any AA codes is less than a dollar.

    Hi ravi

    make sure that  XL record  already not in the GP main and related tables.

    My issue was that I was trying to enter AA entries with negative dollar amounts. In GP that is not allowed. If the corresponding entry is a credit, you stil enter the AA item as  a positive amount, the GL credit tells you that the AA item is a credit.
