I want create one sub customer and link it with Main Customer in Dynamics 365. How can it be achieved.

There is not a real concept of sub customers. There can be an invoice account setup on a customer. This will have the functionality that one customer is registered on a sales order, but the invoice account customer will get the invoice and the open transaction will also be on this invoice account.
Apart from this, you can setup relations between parties in the global address book.
