I am trying to create a cash flow report , and the customer requirement is to get the offset account of the In coming and Out Going Cash movement,
is there anyway we can do this in the management reporter

I do not think so we have anything for populating offset account.
Did you check default cash flow statement?

In Report Designer, what you will notice is that in the Row, users will need to input the Dimension/Account/Category in the Link to Financial Dimensions column.
There is currently no feature that will pull the Offset account account for each of the Cash flow account that has been updated within Financial Reporting/Management Reporter.
