Hi
Where can i download desktop and mobile app for Omnichannel for customer service?
We want our agents to be able to support customer on the go using mobile and using desktop app when they are in front of pc
Can anyone send links to check?

You can refer these articles, there's no specific app you need to download, instead you need to enable users for omnichannel

You'll need to install the Customer Service Hub app on your mobile devices.
Please see docs.microsoft.com/.../install-dynamics-365-for-phones-and-tablets for more information on how to do this.
They'll then be able to use Omnichannel through this
