User unable to see system view

Hi- in our Account entity, I've got a system view in the Account entity titled 'All Accounts' that everyone should have access to.  I recently set up a new user and it appears as though that view is not available to him when he selects the pull-down menu.  It's very odd.  He has the same security role as another user (Salesperson) and even in the same teams, but this particular view is not available to him as it is for others.  See attached picture for list of system views.  Is there some security element I'm missing here?

    "All Account" is in the view list as shown above.

    Can you provide him system admin rights and then see if the view is available

    Hi JBill,

    Your "All Accounts" is the same OOTB view "Active Accounts".  Can't see a reason why the new user can't see the "All Accounts" .  Can he see the "Active Accounts" view?  Options to try.

    1. Try clearing cache on the browser.  Close and reopen the browser and try again.

    2. As PS suggested, assign System Administrator role to the user, test to see if he/she can see the view, and then remove the System Administrator role and add the Sales Person role again.
