
I'm seeking some shared experiences others have had with supporting Dynamics in a production environment. What type of roles and responsibilities need to exist with the organization to maintain and continue to build new LOB solutions?
I'm from a local government agency and we're looking for opportunities for transitioning personnel from legacy roles into new ones.

I have the same question (0)You will need a CRM administrator at the least and if you have on-going support requirement which are more technical in nature, a Microsoft partner which can help you out when needed.
