Undo or redo options in AX 2012?

Hello, I wanted to know whether there is any option like undo or redo in AX 2012 versions?? As far I found that there is no such option. Please suggest me the methods or ways by which I can achieve this functionality. If not, why don't they include it.

    What kind of operations do you want to undo/redo?

    Text entry? Or posting operations?

    generally during drag and drop of fields, deleting a field and other similar functionalities do not have any option like undo. In case by mistake if we delete any such fields then all the work did till that will be in vain.

    Oh, so for development purposes.

    No, we don't have that in AX.

    Use version control, and no work will ever be wasted, as you'll have the previous versions at your fingertips.
