Download link to AX 2012 (RTM) CU5/CU7

One of our customers is currently using Dynamics AX 2012 RTM CU4. They're looking for a short term upgrade to RTM CU5 or RTM CU7 because of Windows Server 2008 extended support ending.

I can however not find the download links to CU5 or CU7. Not on PartnerSource, not on CustomerSource, not on LCS.

Can anybody help me out? Thanks in advance.

    Since those versions are no longer supported, I assume they are not available. However you could ask from Microsoft support.
