Connect to Financial Reports

Having D365FO and when connect to financial reports and define the server URL what and from where to get the port ID in order to be able to define the full server URL field for cloud implementation 

please check attached pic for more clarification for the issue

    Hello Mohammad,

    Go to your Management Report server, Open up Configuration Console, Click ERP Integration. Here you should see Trying to connect to the Management Reporter application service at endpoint: with the link and port listed.

    Dear Boris,

    we have D365 cloud implementation so we do not have access to management reporter server

    By default MR uses port 4712. At the end of your link type :4712. Your link should look like this.

    Hello Mohammad,

    If this is a production environment, I recommend opening a support case as soon as possible so we can work with you to get the issue resolved.

    If this is a non-production environment, have your environment Administrator login to LCS and then use the RDP option to connect to the AOS VM and confirm that the FinancialReporting application pool is running. If it is, look in the Event Viewer for error messages that occur when attempting to open the Report Designer.
