Microsoft Unified Service Desk Web Based Application not working

 Some of the web based applications links are not working.

When a user save the case entity form, the web based application links should
always work, as it all the require parameter available on the case entity form BUT some
time application links got failed, despite the case form is saved & Case ID got
generated & all the require parameters are available.

When I check the Microsoft USD Debugger, I found my scriptlet is failed.

    400 fields on form ?? you must be kidding. Probably this is the first time i'm hearing in my 12+ crm projects experience. How are you planning to take input for these 400 fields from Agents? Are you really expecting to enter 400 fields of data by an agent?

    Anyways, if that is what your requirement then, I guess you have to face this problem.. At max what you can do is, group the fields into differnt tabs and hide the tabs on inital load. That "may" increase a bit of performance for you.

    Can you please raise the same question in another post with the appropriate subject. I would like to hear the comments from other architects on the post.

    Hi Srikanth, Thanks for quick reply. I'll test what you said.

    Issue: The most critical issue, which we are facing related to Microsoft USD application is the CRM "case" entity form is auto load on the incoming calls but its taking 30-40 seconds to load the form. I have around 400 fields on form & all of them required.

    Any suggestion from your side will be a big help for us ?

    This message comes, when there are any unsaved changes are there on the form (tab) and you are trying to close/navigate away from the form. Can you please make sure there are no changes happening from javascript ? One quick check you can do is, opening the same CRM page out side of USD and check if you are facing this issue on CRM Web.

    A "*" in the URL field means "any" url that opens/navigates from that tab. But, what I was wondering is why the case is closing.. I think there is some thing else happening over there.. check the debugger window to see if any errors are coming.

    Issue 2: Some of the users also reported “Leave this page or Stay this page” error pop up on Ms USD application to me. As per them despite all the mandatory fields on the form has been saved, still they are facing “Leave this page or Stay this page” error pop. This occurs on random basis only. Therefore its difficult to reproduce this behaviour for thorough testing. How can i deal with this ? Any Idea ?

    Hi Srikanth,

    Thanks for your reply. This issue has been resolved but we are facing certain more issues.

    Issue 1: When a user clicks on the attachment from notes (annotation) entity then the case form automatically closed in the USD application.

    I guess, if I create a window navigation. then I can resolve this issue.

    I wants to know What should I put in “URL” field for “notes entity” in window navigation rule?
