"The Sales Header does not exist" error when trying to add items from BC to Shopify

Hello,

I connected Business Central and Shopify accounts, then when I'm trying to add items in BC from Shopify --> Products --> Process --> Add Items , I get this error. Since we will add limited items to Shopify, I have to choose and go one by one like that. How can I solve this problem?

TEST001 is the code of Shopify Shop. I have no idea why it says Document type = "Quote".

    If you are using the standard Shopify connector i recommend you to raise a support ticket around this to Microsoft through your CSP partner.

    And if you are in test maybe you should try to delete all your Shopify orders before you try to sync items again.
