Hi
When I try to merge two account records I am facing an error. Unable to download log file.
Please help.

If this is a CRM 2013 then it's an on-premise one and you should be able to enable the tracing. Without more info than "something went wrong" you won't be able to solve this I'm afraid.

use this tool to enable deverrors and trace out the error message.post here the same so we can find out more.
i guess this error is sql server error.
