Sitemap not loading after refreshing the page, only displays after manually clicking on the Logo

Hi folks,

I'm experiencing this minor issue with sitemap but didn't find any relevant answers online.

When I try to visit the online instance, the sitemap will not load until I manually click on the LOGO.

I have made a screen recording video to show the problem:

What I have done:

1. The default home page "Welcome" is a HTML web resource.

2. I have used Ribbon Work Bench to customize the application ribbons. I think the issue started occurring since I did this.

Any ideas on how can I resolve this issue? Thank you.

This is in Dynamics 365 online.
