We've been finding a problem while releasing some production orders in a very specific scenario. We would like to know why.
Also, we use the warehouse management in the raw material picking
The scneario is the following one:
- In this concrete scenario, we have some of the raw materials in the resource enter location (which is controlled with license plates).
- In the warehouse form, we are working with: Issue status after raw material picking --> Reserved Physical
Then, and only if this two setups are true, while releasing the order:
- The order status change to Released (ok)
- No RM picking work is created, and this is the error message:
We expect the work to be created, but there is no work, no creation register or wave info to search about a reason.
We would like to understand this message to figure out a logic solution for it. Can anybody explain me why this happens? It could be some kind of bug?
