Custom Actions Caption Translations

Hi,
 
CaptionML does not work anymore.
 
How can i add an translation entry for a new action in the translation file?
 
i tried it with... (translation to german, ie. de-de)

    Please add the following code snippet to your app.json file..
      "features": ["TranslationFile","GenerateCaptions"],
    By doing this, the translation file will be generated automatically when you build the application. Inside the translation file, you can add the translated captions as shown in the screenshot provided.

    It looks like you used an add-on, Xliff Generator, which may be the problem.
