Sending emails to unregistered users

Hello,I have a requirement to send email to an unregistered user in CRM.Is there a possible solution?

    Create a Queue with the Support Email address and send then Email from the Queue

    Sir,According to it,we are using unregistered address in "from" but i want to use it in "to" of an email

    Hi,

     go to setttings->Administration->System Settings->Email, and set "Allow Messages with unresolved email recipients to be sent" to "Yes"

    What is the problem with that one? It's out of the box, and it's a supported configuration change. By default, it's set to "no", so CRM requires an actual recipient record. If you set it to "Yes", then you can use email address instead.

    Mam,Actually one issue is there,I am working on Online version .So,each time if i send an email,it always shows a status of "Pending Send" and not getting Success.How can i solve this?

    I mean.. Are you able to send an email to an existing contact?(not directly to an email address)

    Is email functionality not working at all?

    Or is it working only when you are sending emails to the existing contacts(and/or other records) and, then, all emails sent to email addresses are getting stuck in the pending send?
