Email subject contains ñ and accent marks not working

Hi, 

We are using Dynamics 365 on premise and using Template sending mail.

Issue- if Email Subject contains ñ and accent marks (Specially Spanish template), it get replaced with ??. 

         This behavior is observed on outlook, iPhone, iPad.

Do any one has faced this issue where special character coming on email subject is not render properly on receive of email7701.Subject-with-Special-character.JPG

    You can Setting Default Encoding in Outlook.

    Hi Arun,

    These characters are not part of the standard ANSI character set and require a specific character encoding, such as UTF-8.
