Can you modify the mouse over tooltips for the business Process flow?

I noticed that you can modify the mouse hover tooltip for fields using field descriptions but they don't seem to carry across to those same fields added to the business process flow. The tooltip shows up when I add the field onto a form but if that same field is added to the process flow it only displays the full name of the field.

Hello,

AFAIK there is no supported way to customize those tooltips.
