Hi,

I have just did a Negative Adjustment and would like to find out where to go next to see if my entry has been sucessful.

Please go to the Item Ledger Entry, Value Entries for that Item.

I see it in the Item ledger, but what I meant is, in accounting, will I be able to know where is the value located?

From the Item Ledger Entries, you can check values by going to Value Entries, check below image.
