Unable to remove Sample Data

Guys

I am about to throw this product away. I signed up for a trial and it auto-populated Sample Data which was not much use to me. I have subsequently purchased the licenses for Dyn 365 but cannot remove the sample data. I have worked through the instructions from the Settings / Data Management / Remove Sample Data and it says I have no sample data, even though I clearly do. I am a System Administrator and have tried removing it all manually and it won't allow me to do so.

Until this is resolved, this CRM platform is no use to me whatsoever.

THank you. I've actually googled it and just trashed the instance / reset it to a blank one. Ridiculous really that this is the best way to do it, but at least its sorted now.

Hi,

if the suggestion from Microsoft did not work, i think you should raise a ticket to Microsoft.

There are a lots of people encountered this issue, one of them successfully solved this after raised the ticket to Microsoft.
