intercompany journal entry reversal in GP2015

When backing out an intercompany journal entry I am getting the following error.  Cannot insert the value NULL into column ' ACTINDX' table tempdb.dbo.##ICDISTTEMP.  I can back out a non intercompany journal entry without issue.

Did you double-check that the Intercompany Accounts are set up correctly and completely?

You can also possibly try rebuilding the GL Index using the PSTL tool found under SYSTEM TOOLS >> TOOLKIT >> REBUILD GL00105.  You would want to make a backup first, and all users will need to be out of the company before you can run this.

    Good luck!

I was able to figure this out.  You get this error message if you do not post the intercompany transaction in the destination company and then try and do a back out entry of the original journal entry.  I actually ended up with duplicate keys in the GL10001 table which may have been causing this issue.
