I simply want to use a common user and it's email id to send the Emails from CRM.
A common user for sending any email from CRM.
i think now you guys understand my concern.
As David says, if you are looking to add a tracking id (token), this is an out of the box feature that can be configured in System Settings. If you are looking to generate a Guid for the email message, that is automatically generated when the email message is saved.
Can you please expand on your requirements?
Can you explain more about what you are trying to achieve ? In CRM the email activity record will get a unique id (a guid), or you could use tracking tokens (though you need to be careful with the configuration to ensure they are unique over time)
