Mahmoud,
How cool to read your wonderful comments! This is one for my 'feel good file' for sure. You've made my day! :)

Leslie
I would like to further add up to this topic, Dynamics GP stores the date in fields like (Created Data, Posted Date, Modified Date, Dex Row Time Stamp) as retrieved from the SQL server date and time, the client machine date is not considered.
In addition to the above mentioned by Mr. Frank you can consider the following:
Furthermore, if you like to have a wider perspective on the SOP tables considered when posting and data flow, nothing better than the legendary article Data Flow and Tables Names by Ms. Leslie Vail. There is specific section for SOP tables and how data moves across tables when saved and posted.
Never hesitate to share any further inquiries,
Posted date = SOP30200.POSTEDDT. User who posted = SOP30200.PTDUSRID
