Custom API Connector

Hello,

I created an api and all the links only show you how to connect it to sandbox, but I need to connect mine to the production environment. Does anyone know how to change it to production so it will take actual data and not just the sandbox environment?

Thank you

Hi, This question is weird. By Custom API, do you mean the new Api page or Web Service?

When you access the API, you must specify the name of the environment in the endpoint url.

And in other software, such as Power BI and Power Automate, the environment is generally selected first and then the API is selected.

So first make sure that the extension in your production environment is the same as the Sandbox environment.

    Hope this helps as well.

    Thanks.

Have you published the extension with the custom api to production? This is done via the UI.

That did not work. I think the problem is that I am working with the Microsoft cloud sandbox server and do not know how to get out of it.

Change the sandbox reference to the name of your production database. Use the correct company ID
