GP2010 is used primarily for manufacturing however we are using it in a health care setting which is challenging. Looking to see if anyone is using any software that bridges the needs of billing various payor sources for one client, etc.

My employer McGladrey has built a niche around installing GP in hospital and clinic settings and using Epic for processing billing, etc. It's been a good combination. Are you using GP for literally sending out invoices? How are you interacting with 3rd party payers?

We have several and all use third party software to handle the actual patient billing. We then reduce those transactions to a file we import using integration manager.
