Hi,

Using the Ribbon Workbench with my Dynamics 365 online instance, I've added a Button to the Command Menu on one of my Forms (Incident). I want this button to Create a New Email from within the Incident form when the user clicks on it. I'm not a Developer and I know I've got the Properties of the Button wrong. I've copied the Email Properties from the ActivityPointer Entity, but it doesn't work. Can anyone advise what Id and CommandCore Properties I should have. See screenshot below of what I've put in. Also should I have something in the Command Properties (didn't add anything as there's no Command in the ActvityPoint Email button).
