Can any one suggest me , "How to upgrade Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition".

Is their any other way to upgrade from ax 2009 -> D365. Other than migrating from ax 2009 -> ax 2012 -> D365.
I think no way
Since there has been so much redesigning of the tables and plenty of functional improvements done already in AX 2012 R3, and then again much more in D365fF&O, it is a very challenging task to migrate from AX 2009. The AX 2012 upgrade itself would take 6 to 12 months depending on the amount of ISV solutions and customizations you have.
If you are fine with leaving your old system running for a couple of years in read-only mode for audit purposes, we would all recommend to do a fresh implementation directly in the new system and start with your open orders/opening balances only.
