Not able to create a field

I’m not able to create a field in a business process flow. 

Here are the steps to replicate:

1) Create a business process flow under power apps

2) Choose entity as None 

3) In the next screen under new stage, click on add fields and forms

4) It opens another window 

5) In that window, I’m not able to create new fields

Is it because of license?

    Yes I’m trying to add a new field to a data field.

    Please check if Business process flow is enabled for the entity.

    Hello over there,

    To enable a custom entity for business process flows, select the Business process flows (fields will be created) check box in the entity definition. Note that you can’t undo this action.

    Could you please share screenshot of what you are trying to do ?

    Also, can you please try to create business process flow from the solution.
