We have a user who is continually plagued by CRM Offline issues. The first time she had issues, we removed the application and reloaded. She is located in France and goes offline daily because she said the performance of OL and CRM are better if she is Offline. Does anyone have any data to support this? She presumably went along fine for several months and now is receiving an error message "An error occurred during intalling database. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator...." and cannot go offline. In between her first issue going offline several months ago, her workstation was rebuilt and the application was reloaded. Suggestions? Comments? Thanks.
