Hi guys,
I have had a unique support incident.
One of the client users cannot open the 'Payables Transaction Window'. When he attempts to open it, the system doesn't respond, insteads it 'hangs' and he has to restart the application to access other areas.
When I logged in to GP as 'sa', it throws up the same problem.
We logged in to the client machine using a different Windows Account. This way, the 'hanging' problem disappeared. But only for like a week. The same problem, for that window ('Payables Transaction Window' ) has surfaced on the new Windows account
The window is not modified.
I thought along the lines of 'temp' files, but I'm not too sure about that.
Any ideas or suggestions ??
