RE: No possibility anymore to choose different languages for your Email templates
We are having the same issue with several agents working in several languages. This caused some problems yesterday when we got the update. I've suggested two different workarounds for now.
1. Everyone set the system to English and change all templates to English, rename the templates so they start with a language code. For example: "FR Invoice template"
or
2. Keep the language settings but create one template copy per country and name them like in the first example.
Not the best of solutions, but it works for now. I'm hoping for a change from Microsoft though.
