Clone is not working -Error message invalid license code

Hi,

In dynamics CRM 2013 the clone option is not working.

But when i checked the Clone plugin the expiry date for the plugin is still years left

the following error popped up 

Any steps to resolve this or need to update my license for the IOTAP plugin

    Leonard,

    There is no default "Cloning" functionality in Dynamics CRM.

    ISV - is the company who developed that clone functionality you use.

      Thanks for the reply , the functionality was by default while installing crm 2013  it was installed. I have not done any customization on that but still need to check with the ISOTAP plugin provider.

    ISV support?? Who are they ??

    Hello,

    Looks like you use some ISV solution in your clone functionality. You should get in touch with ISV support and get help from their side.
