ReportWe have some random issue to report templates:
1. The template does not work properly for some reports, for example, AR Transactions report. We use multi-company module, and for this report, I want the template to save the "header level" and include the lower level (select all companies). The template is save without any errors. However, it does not save all the companies as I did. When I check the SQL table, the "lowerlevels" field has value 0 even though I did check the check box (include lower level) at the time when saving template.
2. Some of the template can't be deleted from the Template screen under Action menu, such as AR Transaction report. I can bring up the template id, and hit the delete button. It looks like it's going to delete, but it does nothing. It seem like some reports is working fine, but not all reports, not sure why.
3. When I check the records in the template table, there are lots of records without userid associated with. Is it supposed to have the data for userid?
